The Boardroom II is the newest addition to the fleet. The Boardroom II features a 300 hp Yamaha motor with a top of the line Garmin fish finder. The newly installed 4 scoop bait tank on the large fishing deck will make your adventure fruitful. The Boardroom II features a restroom and catering can be provided.
The Boardroom II accommodates up to four passengers, plus captain and crew. Charters include rod & reel, live bait and frozen squid, captain and crew, free parking in our long term lot, snacks, non-alcoholic beverages (bottled water and soda).

Boardroom II's Captain
- Captain Todd Mansur
Captain Todd Mansur began working on passenger boats out of Dana Wharf in 1979. In 1987, he was officially licensed as a charter boat captain and has operated numerous vessels in his career. Captain Mansur has operated The Boardroom since 2005. Todd has been a charter boat fishing captain for 28 years.
With experience fishing local inshore and Southern California Islands as well as offshore. He tries to meet the fishing needs, depending on seasonal opportunity. He currently is recognized in all Sportfishing magazines and is sponsored by OKUMA Tackle, Fishworks clothing and Kreed Eyewear. He is also a contributing editor and offshore specialist for Pacific Coast Sportfishing Magazine. He does lectures on Sportfishing at all premier fishing boat and tackle shows.
Todd continues to partner with Dana Wharf as both captain and lead naturalist. He is on the board of The Gulf of Catalina Gray Whale Preservation & Education Foundation. He conducts all of the pre-
excursion in-classroom education for Orange County’s schools. Todd is a published author on the topic of marine mammals and does public speaking engagements on the topic, upon request.
